Classic Canyon Ranch is located at the top of the Texas Hill Country with limestone cliffs, caves, lush creek bottoms, food plots and thick cedar areas providing ideal habitat for whitetail deer. 

Classic Canyon Ranch has been breeding whitetail deer since 2005 with the goal of producing large wide typical bucks to stock our ranch and other ranches in Texas with FLAWLESS superior typical genetics. All our breeder deer in our 20 breeding pens are DNA'd to confirm parentage and all deer are regularly vaccinated and tested to ensure herd health. We strive for large healthy deer. We don't breed for the fastest growing bucks, nor those that have the most points or score the highest. Instead, we breed for the biggest, cleanest, typical bucks possible. We want deer that look like deer, just super-sized! 

We recently started breeding our best disease resistant does to only bucks that have been tested to provide superior disease resistance. This adds an additional layer of health protection to all the deer we produce. We have sold all deer that have the most susceptible genetics to CWD and are moving toward only having the most highly resistant deer to CWD.
